Jim is a graduate of the Haverford School and the University of Virginia. He has been in the financial services industry since 1989 and has been a Certified Financial Planner, CFP, since 1992.
Jim and his wife, Ginny, live in Newtown Square, PA where they raised their two children, Jimmy and Annie.
Outside of work Jim enjoys travel, golf, and music. His band, SugarFoot Farm, has performed at various events and venues in the area for over three decades. Jim and Ginny have been actively involved with the Delaware County Special Olympics and Jim is a board member of the Gladney Center for Adoption in Fort Worth, Texas where he serves as Finance Committee chair and Treasurer.

Tim Irvine has been in the financial industry since 1993. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Prep and holds a degree in Economics from University of Delaware. He resides in West Chester with his wife Vicki and their seven children -Timothy, Cecilia, Matthew, Abigail, Ava, Marita and Margaret Mary.

Stephen Demchyk has been in the financial industry since 2002 after deciding not to pursue medical school. “Once I had made the decision to not pursue medical school, I wanted to find another career in which I could work closely with people to help them address very important and critical matters in their lives. Rather than help people improve their physical wellbeing, I strive to help them improve their family’s financial wellbeing.” Stephen focuses on helping family and closely-held companies develop effective and efficient business plans. In addition, he assists entrepreneurs, professionals, and executives with their personal financial needs.

Jimmy graduated from the Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, PA and received a degree in Economics from Penn State University in 2019. He is currently pursuing the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation to further his education in finance.
Outside of work Jimmy enjoys the outdoors, travel, golf, and mountain climbing. He has traveled to India to climb in the Himalayas and has also summited Mount Blanc in Chamonix, France.
Jimmy grew up in Newtown Square, PA and currently lives in Philadelphia.

Stephen and his wife Danielle reside in West Chester, PA with their three children – Max, Abby, and Evelyn.
Outside of work Stephen enjoys coaching ice hockey, playing golf, traveling, and family time. Stephen and Danielle are very active in the community with school and coaching local sports.

Following graduation from a junior college in Delaware, Chris held administrative positions in the chemical industry, public-accounting and financial arena. She and her husband, Mario live in Delaware County and have one son, Bill. Chris enjoys being outside - gardening, flea markets, and spending time with her family.
